COLOUR Deep crimson with ruby red hues NOSE A primarily fruit driven nose, with lovely notes of raspberries, red cherries, cranberry, and blackcurrants. From the baker, black forest cake, vanilla sponge and hints of dark Dutch cocoa powder. Further inspection reveals spice notes, paprika, turmeric and white pepper with a meaty charcuterie aroma providing further enticement. PALATE Sweet plush fruit, raspberry, cranberry, black currant, black forest fruits. The acidity is fresh and lively on the palate with a juicy finish. Flavours of charcuterie and fine grained tannins add structure and balance that carries the fruit well
